我是30多年前来的美国早已入美国籍。离开中国时办理了我自己的出生公证书。中文公证书有红印章，有钢印。但是我只有一份原件。公证书自带中文原件和公证处的英文翻译。公证书的英文也有钢印但是没有红印章。
2012年我给我妹妹申请了绿卡。
最近收到移民局来信，Request for Evidence. 说我本人的出生证does not meet country requirements.
我妹妹的出生公证是新的格式带身份证号码等，移民局没说她的出生证要补充啥。就是说我自己的出生证要补充一大堆东西。
请问：
1。 我拿我自己的出生公证书原件在美国当地找一个懂中英文的公证员给公证一下就行了？

用找移民律师吗？我的出生公证书原件带钢印和红印章的我只有一份，移民局是想要我出生公证的原件吗？彩色复印件加上美国这边的再次公证就够了？
-It seems your 出生公证书 did not follow the USCIS requirements which require the translator needs to have a statement addressing that he/she knows both English and Chinese well and the translation is accurate. If you have the original birth certificate (e.g. from the hospital-most Chinese don't have it), not出生公证书原件, then you can ask your freind to translate it into English follwoing the USCIS requirements. If you don't have the original birth certificate, then You had better do 出生公证书 again in China. Most formal 公证 agency in China know the USCIS requirements very well today.
By the way, USCIS do not require公证书原件 and the photocopy is enough.

2。 我用在中国再重新办一下我的出生公证吗？太麻了可能也来不及了。-Yes, do it and then scan and email to you. Then, just print it out using color printer.
3。2012年我父母都还健在。这几年陆续过世了。还要附上我父母的死亡证明？-Not need. 也得公证？-Not need.
3。 30多年前来美国的中国人给亲属办绿卡还在排队的都被移民局要求补充出生公证？还是就是我自己？
