8老师好，

NVC现在要求POLICE CERTIFICATE (CHINA)，　是不是无犯罪公证？-Yes.

我孩子现在在北京上大学，原籍在河北，请问像他这种情况，该怎么办-Get it from either the local polcie department/branch in Beijing or Hebei, depends on where he/she gets the passport. Then, do the 公证 including the translation version.
