请教8老师， 绿卡回国已经10个月了，由于疫情一直呆在国内过不来， 据说人在国内也办不了·回美证。

回美国的机票一直定不上， 如果超过一年又没有回美证还有没其他办法回美呀？

-If you an return to US before staying in China reaches one year, then you can use the green card to come back. If you cannot return within one year, you need to apply for SB-1 visa in the US Consulate in Guangzhou to come back.

回美证必须美境内办吗？-Yes.
