You can file your hu*****and's I485 before or after your I485 get approved as long as you got married before your I485 approved. It is professional lawyer's opinion since I have a friend who is in same situation as you.

Maybe it is better for you to file your hu*****and's I485 after your I140 get approved. see following link(FAQ in张哲瑞联合律师事务所 web)
