我是美国绿卡中国公民，人在美国，7月22日温哥华-广州。需要办理ETA在温哥华转飞机。
我的ETA迟迟没有消息，一般网上申请几分钟就通过了。怎么回事呢？
２０１７年6月我也在美国机场申请过ETA，也是去温哥华转的飞机。当时填了申请表美国地勤就把我放行上飞机了。今天查才知道上次申请ETA被拒， 也才知道2018年10月他们又写了被拒通知---5年禁止入境加拿大但是可以重新申请ETA。ETA我１９９７－１９９８年在温哥华住过１０个月，是UBC的学生，后来来美国念书了。之前两次开车去温哥华旅游几天边境上都很顺利，２０１９年４月开车入温哥华旅游两天边境上被查了两个多小时：一个问题没问我， 只在办公室里边查什么，我在大厅里坐着等。
很紧张，离温哥华飞机起飞也就有４天多时间了。现在回国一票难求。

2018年10月再次通知（2017年6月申请）ETA被拒结果如下：
You have been found inadmissible to Canada in accordance with paragrpah 40(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of the IRPA.In accordance with paragraph A40(2)(a), you will remain inadmissible to Canada for a period of 5 yearsfrom this letter or from the date a previous removal order was enforced.
