父母在美国这边。4月底通过I-130，6月底寄出I-485，今天收到rejection notice，说application incomplete, I-944 and/or I-864 needed. :(
提交I-485时按USCIS checklist准备，交了I-864，结果那里没列I-944。大意了。。。发现从今年2月开始I-944是必须的。
求教8老师几个问题：
1. 重新提交申请，需要按照新申请一样，重新打印寄出所有材料吗？
-Not need. Just send all of the rejected dcouments back to USCIS along with the Rejection Notice (put this Notice on the top of all the documents).
2. I-693 信封已经打开，需要联系医生重新做一个证明吗？-Was the I-693 stamped by USCIS yet? if yes, just send it back. If no stamp on it, then just ask the doctor to issue a new copy and sealed in the envelop.
3. 是否需要重新交申请费？我寄的check被退回，正面盖了USCIS的章，但银行账户没显示deposit。-Just send it back, not need a new one.
