去年给父母从国内申请绿卡，130批准转NVC递交材料一切都很顺利。去年年底父母过来过圣诞结果疫情爆发回不去一直留到现在。中途根据律师的建议递交了485转身份。现在485的收据迟迟没有拿到，

-How long since you sent out the I-485 application? If it is a few weeks (less than two months), then it is normal.

而NVC那边通知所有材料通过下一步等待广州领事馆通知签证。请问这种情况应该咋办呀？

-Reply to NVC that your parents have filed I-485 application for adjustment of status within US, and ask NVC to stop processing their case there.
