请教8老师 I-944 表格

我小孩满21岁，现办我的移民。我和我的小孩不住在一个洲。 我在另外洲以TN status (Canadian) 工作。 

 I-944 表格 ， PART 3, when I fill out I-944, the household members should include my child who lives separately with me? I did not claim him as my dependent when I filed 2019 tax return.

If my income is well above the 125% property line, not necessary to fill out assets information?

 
If I did not fill out assets information, I still required to fill out the liability part? especially for mortgage?

If I report mortgage, it is better to fill out house value in assets section to show the positive cash flow?
