请问交表前3个月必须住在美国境内吗？如果从境外回美，可以直接交表吗？-Depend on whether you still maintain your resident status in the same state such as you have a family still living there, pay the state tax, property tax, etc.

另外，过去10年一直居住美国，从今年1月回国工作了，这种情况可以入籍吗？-You need shows that you have the intent to live in US permanently such as you have family living in US, have properties in US, etc.
