谢谢8老师解答我的境内转成TD visa问题，我现还有一问题

如果我转TD，在等结果期间，又拿到了TN工作，我是不是不能接受工作直到TD批准？我听说如果这时候我申请了TN(如果届时可以在边界申请),  this TN 会被未来批准的TD overwritten了, 有可能避免这样吗？非常感谢

加拿大公民，TN合同到期，想境内转成TD visa(as dependents），由于疫情原因，不想离境办理。请问如何自己在境内file or apply for TD visa? any line for thr application?

所需材料是这些吗？
1. TN持有者的的护照，签证附件. also employment verification letter from the employer.
2. 结婚证明附件
3. TD人的护照附件

Also the TD applicant needs to provide his/her current TN status proof such as TN I-94, the paycheck stubs of the latest 3 months
