本人现在居住北京。两年回美证已于2020年5月20日过期。绿卡将于2020.7.25过期。本来预订了5.5航班回美国，想续办回美证，但是疫情原因航班取消。自己认为可以用绿卡入境，预订了2020.7.1回美国的机票，但是昨天被通知也取消了。现在不知道怎么办。给中国的美国大使馆打过电话，说移民问题没人处理。发了邮件给移民局邮箱但是没有回复。问题1.网上申请延期绿卡在中国怎么按指纹？大使馆没有按指纹的地方。2.如果真的过期了，移民身份是不是还有效，以后怎么操作？3.查到网站链接特殊原因可以申请一个旅行证件回美国，但是特殊情况才能申请。不太清楚这个特殊情况啥意思，目前疫情算是特殊情况，航班取消也算是特殊情况，但是怎么判断何时好转现在不知道疫情何时能好呢？因为如果没有好转才能算是特殊情况。比如我们明年五月份再申请还能申请下来么？移民局会不会认为绿卡过期时间太长了？而且期间一直有航班，只是我们这个航班取消了而已。4.入关会碰到什么问题？

-Have you stayed in China for more than one year contenuously yet (i.e. you did not return to US within one year)? If yes, your green card technically is void because you did not return to US before the reentry permit expired. So, you need to apply for the Returning resident visa (SB-1 visa) to come back to reinstate your green card by providing the evidences that the COVID-19 prevented you from returning to US on time such as your airtickets and the airlines flight cancellation information, etc. You cannot extend the green card in China.
