由于疫情 父母绿卡下次再回国不准备马上坐飞机回来，准备在国内带1-2年。 是要在离开美国前申请AP纸嘛？ 而且要等AP纸批准了才能回国吗？ 也不知到需要多久。

-They need to apply for reentry permit in US before they leave. They can leave US after conducting the biometrics, not need to wait for the reentry permit approval.Then, you can mail the approved reentry permit to them.
