是不是我的回美证明年4月1号过期时我必须在美国？我想明年2月份再申请延期一年回美证，按您的指导，我申请时需要把我手里的回美证（到明年4月1号过期）一起交上去，我担心2月份来不及打指纹，新的回美证批不下来，那我2月份就不能离境了？
