今天律师那边说我先生原来的H1还没有被withdraw, 我想问这是什么意思？说明我们之前的H1还有效吗？-No.

我们目前不算grace period 吗？-The grace period became when your spouse lost the job no matter whether the H-1 was withdrawn or not. But if the H-1 was not withdrawn, USCIS may not realize your spouse lost job in a very short period of time.
