我在2012年帮小妹申请移民，5月初批了，6月初（30天内）收到NVC的信， 给了case number和invoice ID， 让在一年内到CEAC登录。我原来的理解是 排期快到时NVC才联系我。他们这么早联系我，我上录材料会不会在排期到时作废？还有5, 6年，也许更久，情况可能会变。信是寄到我家, 但是写给我妹的，我可以登陆上去吗？
-NVC normally contact you, not the beneficiary.You can do it for your sister and her family members using her name to set up an account in the online system. Just provide what NVC required.
要选申请人， 还是petitioner？我是petitioner，怕信给我妹一定要她登录。
早时我申请大妹批准后 NVC就给了个case number，说不要联系NVC除非改地址，只等他们再联系我。现在离B表排期只几个月都没动静。小妹申请的晚反而move到下一步。是近几年NVC改变处理方式了？我怕是NVC把她们两个弄混了。
