我的spouse一月份就file了485，可是因为USICS错误的把他的支票搞丢了，所以退回来了，等再file，又被退回来因为我们不知道刚刚加了944，加了944后又退回来了，因为有一栏填错了。这么一折腾，我的绿卡都已经拿到了。

那么他还能file 485 as derivative applicant吗？-Yes.

最后一次退回来给了他一个case number，但是把整个package都退回来了，这种情况他要怎么再file？

-Just send the entire original package back to USCIS including the Rejection Notice plus the copy of your green card (both front bacck sides), copy of your I-485 Approval Notice and the copy of your I-140 Approval Notice. Put the Rejection Notice on the top of all of the documents. 

要不要作为Family member 而不是derivative 并加上I-130？-Not need.
