看来目前的唯一希望是：期待小孩的B-2延期在6月份到7月11号之间批准，而且，6月和7月份的visa numberis available, 我们才能在7月11日之前同时提交I130和I-485？ 小孩才能留在美国？
能否发信或电话联系USCIS, 陈述由于COVID-19 和中美之间的航班限制，希望他们给更多的时间"more duration of the new I-94"? 可以这样做吗？

否则，小孩必须离开我们回国重新申请immigrant visa or B-2 visa。 Immigrant visa小孩至少要在国内等一年多，无法来美和我们团聚，So sad，心情好沉重沉重。
-If the child has status gap, you may just file I-130 for the child to apply for the immigrant visa in China. Then, the child can stay in US illegally until the appointment for the interview is received. Then, go to China for the immigrant visa interveiw.
Because the child is less than 18 years old, his/her illegal stay will not affect the visa approval.
