我想向您请教给小孩B-2延期和境内递交I-130的问题。（去年12月份请教过您填表问题，链接https://bbs.wenxuecity.com/immigration/615786.html）
我绿卡，去年爱人移民签证入境获得绿卡。小孩在中国出生，7岁，去年7月份以B-2签证入境，6个月停留期，到今年1月11号截止。
1月份我们给小孩递交了I-539 B-2延期申请（延期到7月），指纹也采集了，可是目前还没有收到approval notice。
请教的问题：
1. 现在能递交I-130申请表吗？-Yes, but it may affect your child I-539 approval (immigrant intent).
如果现在不能递交，何时递交为好？是否必须在B-2延期到的7月之前递交？
-If the I-539 is approved in June, then you can file I-130 and your child can file I-485 together/concurrently in June (there is the visa number available for F2A in this June).
我们原想B-2延期申请批准后再递交I-130，现在看不可能了，离延期到的7月也就一个月了。
2.现在能递交I-539 第二次B-2延期吗？ -No. Your child has to wait for the I-539 approval to file another extension application.
USCIS B-2延期申请处理很慢，离7月很近了，目前还没有收到approval notice。
担心第一次延期申请还未批准的情况下，是否能递交第二次延期申请？USCIS是否会直接拒绝申请？
如果不能递交第二次B-2延期申请，小孩如何合法停留在美国？-No unless the child files I-485.
3.如果现在能递交I-130和第二次B-2延期申请，那申请先后顺序：先递交第二次B-2延期申请，再递交I-130，还是反过来先递交I-130，再递交B-2延期申请？
-If the I-539 is not approved in June, then just wait to check the Visa Bulletin to see whether the visa number is still available in July. If yes, then file I-130 and I-485 concurrently. If no, then file I-539 to extend the B2 status again. Don't file I-130 unless there is visa number available to file I-485 concurrently or after the new B2 extension is approved.
