请教8老师，母亲和未成年孩子申请I539 B2 签证延期，填好了I-539和539a，我看说明里说需要寄去Written statement（说明原因，何时回去，是否影响国内工作等）, 孩子出生证，银行存款证明和I-94原件或复印件么？

还需要其他资料么？

只有网站里查出来的I-94，交这个可以么？-Yes.
