下面有几个问题：

1.请问这是说明我是确定被拒了吗？因为搜索这个消息，有网站说这不是最终的决定，很疑惑。请老师解答。

-Sometimes the online information is not correct, so you had better wait for the formal paper notice. Also, it seems the US Consulate in Guagnzhou is still closed due to caution to Covid-19, so I doubt the VO would make the decision on your case at this period of time. You may contact the US Consulate in Guangzhou.

2.我之前的AP信里说体检报告到2019年12月某日过期，警方公证书到2020年4月过期。但是我至今没有接到领事馆发信要求提供这些新的报告，是否与排期（我估计我的PD要明年才能回到批准状态，如果不出意外的话）和领事馆已经撤回美国有关？发信给领事馆他们不知道有没有用（我后面再试试）？

3.如果只是因为排期的问题，那么明年排期到了，我是否还要重新提交移民签证申请费（我记得填写DS260要缴纳几百美元的费用）？

-Depends on what the denial reason is.

4.还有，我的信里说ds260表2020年7月份过期。里面有一段话“if we receive your documents after the expiration date, we will schedule you to update, resubmit the DS-260, and return to the consulate general to have your oath taken in front of a consular office. if you have previousily submitted form ds-260, you do not need to complete a new form.”还需要再次进行administrative processing吗？
