请教8老师。之前问过：儿童10岁，大使馆给的签证6月10号到期。一月20号入境

移民局要求至少提前45天申请，那是否现在申请已经晚了。妈妈带孩子一起申请，本打算一起申请，现在怕误了45天提前申请要求，是否应该网上申请，这样能快些呢? 多谢您，8老师！
