现在正在办亲属移民，已经到了NVC这一步交材料。它要求交在中国居住那段时间的Police Report，我手里有一份是2013年4月底办理的，然后2014年4月初我就移民去了加拿大，现在仍然居住在加拿大。

读了官网上的解释我的理解是只要我移民加拿大以后没有再回到中国定居，就不需要重新办一份新的，请问是这样吗？

我有点担心从Report办理的时间到我移民到加拿大的时间中间有不到一年的gap。-I don't think it will be a problem. If you had crime duirng that perrod of time, Canadian Immigrant Department would have blocked your imigration to Canada at that time. The US Embassy/Consulate should understand that.
