现在人在美国，F-1 五月到期，grace period 七月到期。

在F-1到期和grace period到期之间，sevis会转到另一个学校，8月底开学。

可以留在美国吗？

-Yes, as long as the student gets the I-20 from the new school, he/she can stay in US up to 5 months until the semester starts. 

还是必须离开美国，再重新申请F-1签证？

现在美国领事馆都不开门，担心可能到时候没有办法安时办签证。
