我是绿卡，买加州Covered California(KAISER PERMANENTE）

保险属于公共负担的范围吗？对以后入籍不知道会不会有影响吗？我看公

 

共负担有一条说医疗补助也算公共负担，Covered California根据收入来补贴的，

-If you have been green card holder for at least 5 years and you also have worked for 40 quarters (i.e. 10 years), you are qualifed for a lof of publich benefits from Feberal or State Goverment (nearly similar to a US citizen). Thus, you do not need to worry about the beneifts you recieved.

 

But if you just go your green card less than 5 years and never worked in US, then the benefit (Covered California) you got possibly may be public charge.
