5年前递交的I-130申请，申请表填写了姐姐一家人（包括姐夫和小孩）的信息，但是130的收据只有姐姐一个人的信息，这正常吗？

什么时候移民局会把家属信息包括到130申请？-When the I-130 prority date is current, NVC will send you the instructions and her family members can submit the immigrant visa applicaitons with hers at the same time.
移民局处理的时间显示是2009年的10月，这说明大概6年后才处理2015年递交的申请， 是吗? - I think so.
