请教一下关于境内申请绿卡问题
家人是旅游身份目前。想在境内申请绿卡（旅游身份转绿卡），是否可以在提交申请绿卡材料里也添加回美证的申请材料？
-Depends on whether the petition priority date is current if you are not a US citizen and you sponsor your spouse and kid. Your family member had better wait for about 2 to 3 months after they entered US using B2 visa, then you can sponsor their green card, in case USCIS consider they have the immigrant intent before they entered US (B2 visa fraud).
I just checked the Visa Bulletin and found if they apply for green card in April, they can file I-485 together with your I-130, then stay in US to get the green card (if they have already been US for 2 to 3 months). You can check the Visa Bulletin about 10th each month at this link:

还有关于移民体检什么时候提交合适-They have to provide the physical exam report with the I-485 filing, and the physical exam report must be filed within 60 days from the date the doctor issued it.
目前如果提交，大致需要多长时间APPROVE-Hard to say, normally one to two years.
