关于3) 和公司移民法务讨论了我的情况,对方人很好,如果被解雇,愿意考虑extend term date,暂时不发termination notice,但具体操作还不清楚。像这种情况,没有收到termination notice的话,USCIS系统里是否就还是显示我处于被雇佣状态,从而不会发RFE了?
-USCIS do not have your employment status from time to time. They may check it from IRS to see whether your employer issue your salary if they check your employment status. Then, send you RF if they find something not right.

-It depends on the IO who is in charge of the case. Some IO does not want to take time to check, and just send the RFE to ask you to provide the proof to save their time and energy. But normally the IO will check everything before he/she approves I-485 case including the employment status.
Because you has been interviewed, some IO may not send you RFE if your priority date will be current in a short time. If it takes long time to be current, they may send you RFE when they decide to approve your case.
One possible solution is that when you gte the RFE, if your employer agree to issue you a letter addressing they still suppoprt your green card and will hire you back after you get the green card, then you can use this letter as part of response to the RFE. Then, it may be OK.
