我能不能再补充一个问题。请问我父母这种算是有绿卡了吗？

-Not yet. They must enter US using the immigrant visa before the visa expires to become a permanent resident.

他们在广州通过了面试，但还没有绿卡（入关以后才有），所以是不是先知不算是美国的永久居民？
