如果485在美国调整身份申请被拒绝，我的儿子可以在美国提交留学签证申请，不必离开美国吗？谢谢!

-If your child current status is F1 now, he can continue to study in US after the I-485 is denied. He can also transfer to another school. But if his status is not F1, he cannot change his status to F1 due to immigrant intent.
