本人持H1签证，NIW140在2018年已批。请问如果失业，可否申请转F1，家人转F2待在美国，直到转绿卡身份当前时再出美国走CP？

-No problem. You can file I-485 when the priority date is current as F2 status technically, but you had better find a job to file I-485.
