本人热能与动力工程类专业博士毕业，非美国本土博士。中国出生，现在美国境外工作，博士毕业工作有9年时间。
想在美国境外申请NIW或者EB1A。条件如下

（1）文章30篇，google引用360多，scopus引用330多
（2）十几篇杂志的reviewer，review文章超过30篇
（3）无专利

这样的条件申请NIW，特别是EB1A几率有多大？

-No problem for NIW, and big chance for EB1A. Find some powerful people to write recommendations for you. You had better hire an experienced immigrant lawyer to prepare for the paperwork for you.

NIW如果批准了，目前的排期大概要多久？-Normally 4 to 5 years.
EB1A如果有premium process有什么好处和坏处？-I don't suggest you to uese premium processing because it is make USCIS too urgent to make a decision. Thus, they may send you Request for Evidence (RFE).
