8老师，兄弟姐妹移民的排期是2007年1月27日。上个月排期到时，已经交了费，和D260表。由于这个月A表排期倒退，现在又不知道要等到何年马月了。我有两个问题要请教：
I，哥哥的女儿在美国上了4年私立高中，今年6月份就高中毕业了。她每年暑假都要回中国，今年也不例外。我想请问，如果她接到大学录取通知书，今年9月份开始在美国读大学，暑假回中国后，再想回来时还用去办签证吗?或者问怎么样能在9月份能顺利回美国上大学？她的情况是否可以去办回美证？
-Because the child has filed DS 260, she has the immigrant intent. So, she had better not go out of US, otherwise she probably will have trouble to reenter US from now on.
In the future, the child has two choices: 1. she returns to China to apply for the immigrant visa including interview when the priority date is current in the future. Then, use the immigrant visa to enter US to become a green card holder; 2. she files I-485 within US after her father enters US using the immigrant visa, and then she will be green card holder after the I-485 is approved.
2，哥哥的女儿今年20岁，递交了D260表后，是不是就不用担心超龄了?如果排期到她满21岁也没排到，是否会对她拿绿卡有影响？
-It should be fine. I don't see she will have the age-out problem even if she is > 21 years later.
