-If your parents are in China to apply for the immigrqant visa, you have to wait for NVC to contact you (no choice). It may takes a few months or longer, case by case. If you don't hear anything from NVC after 4 to 5 months, you can contact USCIS to whether they forwarded your approved I-130 to NVC or not.
