8老师， 我父亲入境美国已经2个多月了，可是1-94 官网上没有更新我父亲这次来美的信息。还是显示上次入境日期。在护照上是有这次入境的admission stamp.

-Do you mean you did not find your father's new I-94 information at the following website?

If so, your father needs to go to the local CBP Deferred Inspection Office to ask them to update his new entry information inculding generating the I-94. Then, print out the I-94 for I-485 filing. Find the local CBP office at this link:

You may call CBP Deferred Office first to see whether they can fix it for you. If yes, you don't need to go there.

另外， 在 I-130, if the beneficiary is your brother/sister, are you related by adoption? 我是申请父母移民，请问应该选'NO'还是不填？
