帮朋友请教8老师: 我最近想给妈妈办理 绿卡申请 ，她想在国内等待。我父亲已经去世了。请问我母亲还需要提供他们的结婚证明和父亲去世证明及公证文件吗？

-Yes.

我妈妈除了出生公证书，还需要提供其他什么证件?

-Her birth certifcate, her marriage certificate and your father's death certificate. If she will apply for the immigrant visa in China (US Consulate in Guangzhou), then she still needs to provide non-criminal record certificate (don't get this certificate until the interview are nearly set up).
