亲属移民的优先日期是2007年6月份。现在表B的排期是2007年7月份。在网上看到有人说可以提交I-485了，但是打电话给一个移民律师说要等收到移民局寄来的交移民费用的通知才可以办理。我想听听你的意见谢谢

-If the beneficiary is physically present in US now, he/she can file I-485 in this month (Jan. 2020) in US. But if the beneficiary is in China now to apply for the immigrant visa, you have to wait for the National Visa Center to send you the instructions and the invoice for the DS 260 filing fee, and then, you can provide the required documents as your lawyer said.
