我父母2015在中国自动放弃绿卡。 现在我爸爸去世了，我想给妈妈申请绿卡。 有几个关于I-130 和I-485的问题：

I-130

53. Was the beneficiary EVER in immigration proceedings? My answer should be: yes?

54。 If you answered 'Yes', select the type of proceedings and provide the location and date of the proceedings.  (Removal, Exclusion/Deportation, Recission, Other Judicial Proceedings)

55.a. City or Town

55.b. State:

56. Date.

my mom's current marital status is Widowed. Do I need to answer "Information About Prior Marriages (if any)‘
