请帮忙看下朋友情况：
2014年绿卡入关时，护照上被写上“Adviced". 之后由于家中老人相继生病去世，然后自己偏瘫所以一直无法去美。想过申请旅游签证但咨询过国内律师说不可以，因为旅游签证是非移民签证，而我有绿卡显然有移民倾向。中国律师建议可以从加拿大驾车入关。

下周打算和妻子（美国公民）飞往加拿大然后驾车过关（有美国驾照）。但十分担心。请问：
1. 这样做的结果可能是什么？最坏可能是什么？我带结婚证和病历本有用吗？您有建议带的文件吗？
2.如果万一不让进美国，是不是可以重新申请绿卡？（现绿卡明年10月到10年期）
3.您的建议是什么？

-Your friend's green card has be void/invalid, so he/she cannot use it to travel to US. Two options for him/her:
1. if he/she can provide the strong evidences that his/her serious illness prevented him/her to return to US for the past more than 5 years, he/she may apply for SB-1 visa in the US Consulate in Guangzhou to return to US and reinstate his/her green card validity;

In my opinion, it is very difficult to get SB-1 visa in his/her case based on your description.
2. He/she may just abandon the green card and then, apply for the B2 visa to enter US. I have suggested several people like your friends did this way, and all of them got the B2 visa and entered US successfully.
