最近自己在填485表调整身份，遇到如下问题求教：
我有EB1A 和NIW两个140获得批准，priority Date 前者是10月17日（EB1A），后者是9月28日，
我需要以 EB1A 来做身份调整， priority Date 要借用NIW的， 但在填写485表的 part 2， 第4个问题时，不知道应该填哪个？从字面意思来说应该填10月17日，但又怕CIS认为我不到日期就提交，很是纠结，请教如何填这个日期，多谢！
-Because your EB1A prority date (PD) on your EB1A approval notice is different from that in NIW approval notice, USCIS probably will not accept your I-485 if you use NIW PD to file it. So, you may need to ask USCIS to do PD portability and get a new EB1A approval notice which shows the PD is the same one as NIW PD before you file I-485.
