I-140在提交时选择的领事程序，批准后因主申请人在美国境内，就提交了I-485。现主申请人的I-485已经批准，孩子在美国境内也刚提交I-485，配偶在国内想继续走领事程序。请问：

1.何时、通过何种途径可以要求USCIS将主申请人的case转到NVC，以便配偶走领事程序。此前联系过NVC，说case在USCIS那里。

-You need to file I-824 to request USCIS forward the document to NVC for process for your spouse to apply for the immigrant visa using Following to Join benefits (i.e. select "1. c. ..... follow-to-join" category in Part 2 of I-864). Read this link:

2.这种情况，配偶是否也可以先以B1/B2入境，然后提交I-485。-It is possible. But don't file I-824 in this case.
