I have been a green card holder for 6 years.  I got my green card EB2 six years ago.

2 years ago, my company went bankruptcy.  I lost my job for 2 years.  My current income is $0.00. Can I apply for US citizenship? 

-Yes. Unemployment does not affect the application approval.

If denied, whether my green card will be affected?-No.
