我想问下我老公前段时间换工作，新的雇主（雇主A）给作了H1b transfer同时也顺带提交了I539表帮我做了H4延期。但是老公还是决定在原公司（雇主B）留了下来。我的H4快要过期了，雇主A给老公做的H1b已经approved，但是H4延期还在pending。雇主B不会帮我做H4延期，要做的话得我们自己请律师做。请问这个情况我还需要提交H4延期申请吗？
-Yes. Because your spouse does not work for Company A, his H-1 transfer approval by Company A is void and thus, your H-4 extension application is also void no matter it will be approved or not.
You can file the H-4 extension by yourself after your spouse gets his H-1 extension application receipt by Compnay B; or just you file the H-4 extension application together with your spouse H-1 extension (put them in the same package and send them out together) paying the H-4 filing fee by yourself (tlak to the employer to allow you to put your documents together with your spouse's).
It is very simple. Just file I-539 following the I-539 instructions.
