我已经为父母File了l-130，什么时候file I-864？等通知还是主动递交？谢谢了。

-Are your parents living in US and will file I-485? If yes, provide the I-864 with their I-485 filing. If they are in China and will apply for the immigrant visa there, then wait for National Visa Center (NVC) to contact you in the future and provide the documents to NVC following NVC instructions at that time.
