父母五月份提交的绿卡申请，六月份做的体检，现在RFE要求交体检表，表没有过期吧？另外，当时用的2017年的旧表格，应该没问题吧。多谢！

-You need to provide the one issued within 60 days. So, just talk to the doctor and ask him/her to issue the duplicate with recent date for you.
