十年前申请父母做了I-864，今年刚刚绿卡renewal, 没有要求再交该表。现在给弟弟办移民，需要把父母计入被担保人吗？

这边收入远超贫困线，加了也达标，但是不必要的liability 还是尽可能不想承担。
