请教8老师，周四用邮局的EMS寄出I-131， 当时邮局说周五12点前投递。

结果查询显示，周六早上6点投递。

周日因事回国了。

这表明人在美国境内申请回美证？

-It hard to say, and I think it is very risky because USCIS take time to put his application date into the system. Normally he should have waited for a few days untill USCIS put his information into the system before he left.
