我的信息：2009年去加拿大以前在美国以F1和H4的身份呆了几年，然后在加拿大拿了公民以后，我们2015年回美国来了，我依赖我老公的身份呆美国拿TD，2019年10月1号我老公的H1刚生效，我和儿子的H4pending。我姐2007年4月给我递的兄弟姐妹移民申请，现在可以递交I-485的排期到了。
1. 关于交照片的问题，说交护照形式的，就是去照美国护照模式的就可以了，对吗？-Yes.
2. ID证明， 我和老公可以交driver license复印件， 我儿子就得交护照了，然后护照的每一页都要复印还是只需要复印有签证的就可以了？-All of you had better provide the copy of your personal passport, respectively (information pages including entry/depature stamp and visa pages).
3. Birth certificate, 是交公证就可以了吗？-Yes, photo copy is OK. 还是派出所的证明也要交？-Didn't the 公证 contain the 派出所的证明?
4. The evidence for Most recent arrival into the US, 是需要交多长时间的？-Just provide the one for your last/latest entry to US. 是我们2015年以后来美国的签证copy都要交吗？然后我们在这期间都换过新护照，那旧护照上的签证也需要吗？
5. I-797, 我姐当时就只给我申请了，所以只有我的，我作为principal applicant, 肯定要交I -797, 我老公作为derivative applicant, 也要同时交份我的I-797吗？-Yes. All of your family members (you,, yourspouse, kid) need to put all of the applications in one package and send it out toegther.
6. Marriage certificate, 这个没问题。
7. 在美国合法居住的证明。这个只需要交2015 年我们重新回美国居住的就可以了吗？-Correct.
8. Related to an employment based visa, 这个和我们没关系，就不用管了哈。-Correct.
9. For financial support, 我姐现在没上班，那么她需要填I-864， 我姐夫需要填I-864A, 对吗？-Correct.他们只是把工资税单填表上就行了，还是同时需要交证明文件呢？-Read the I-864 Instructions. They need to provide the copy of tax return and W2 of 2018, and his employment verification letter from his employer.
可以交我家的税单这些吗？-No.这样就不用麻烦他们了。
10. Medical Examination I-693, 我们现在不需要交，对吗？-All of you need to take the physical exam and provide the I-693 completed by the doctor who conducts your physical exam.
11. 无犯罪证明需要现在交吗？-Not need.我们需要去FBI 申请证明吗？--Not need.因为这几年，我们搬过家，住了两个州。
最后，filling fee for form I-485 is $1140*2+$750（ 我儿子6岁）=$3030, biometric service fee is $85*2=$170, 因为我看到instruction上说14岁以下不需要交。
-Issue 3 separate checks: 2 checks for you and your spouse, and each of $1,225; another check of $750 for your child.
我上个月因为H4刚和我儿子一起做了这个，不过电脑自动计算是收了我儿子的钱的，我和儿子还需要再做吗？
-Yes.
这两种费用可以加一起写一张支票还是得分开写两张支票？我家的支票上是十几年前的地址，
我家一直用于交别的地方是没有问题的，交uscis 地址不一致会有麻烦吗？-No problem.
