不好意思，刚写完标题误按就发出去了。请问8老师，我的朋友一家遇到这个问题，面试没问题，缺一份无犯罪记录证明，补缴后通知绿卡名额用完了。让自己查排期，查到后再联络广州领事馆。现在的排期到2016年11月1日，他的优先日期是2017年3月7号，这个如果10月中查到11月排期排到了，怎么跟广州领事馆联系？打电话？还是使馆等到排期排到再发一份面谈通知吗？
