在Oct15 的 public charge 法案生效后给父母（80岁）申请绿卡，年龄会不会成为被拒的原因？

-No. As long as you have enough income to support them, it will be OK.

现在他们在国内，如果赶在oct 15 之前申请，他们要在国内等多长时间才能入关呢？谢谢
