如果我弟媳跟随我弟的F4移民，她能不能在她的绿卡通过后给她前婚生十二岁女儿办follow-to-join? 如果以后再按未婚子女申请，排期有点久。-The kid can apply for the immigrant visa together with your borther and his wife. But the kid's biological father has to agree the kid's immigration by providing his statement.
